• After hours please add $ 25.00
• For weekends & holidays please add $ 25.00
• Per hour wait fee - $ 25.00
• Mileage charge - $ 2.60 per mile
• Caregiver rides free
• *Veterans and/or their spouses receive a 10% discount (with proper identification) {Excludes per mile fees}

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Expess or will invoice with payment due in 10 days.
